Booking and payment
After having set the date for arrival and departure of group tour or trek with Beyond Borders Ethical Adventures a booking fee shall be paid to confirm the booking. The booking fee will be deducted from the final invoice.
Final name list and room list shall be sent to Beyond Borders Ethical Adventures by latest 2 months before arrival in case no other agreement has been made. Prior to that Beyond Borders Ethical Adventures shall also be held updated on how many rooms are expected to be needed.
Full payment shall be made minimum 1 month prior to arrival.
If domestic plane ticket is required full payment shall be made minimum 6 weeks prior to departure.
Booking fee for groups (>1 guests)
High season (Mar, April, Oct, Nov) $1000/ group
Low season (Jan, Feb, May, Jun, Jul, Aug, Sep, Dec) $750/ group
Booking fee for individual guests (<5 guests)
High season (Mar, April, Oct, Nov) $200/ guest
Low season (Jan, Feb, May, Jun, Jul, Aug, Sep, Dec) $150/ guest
Cancellation of individual guests
If cancellation is made more than 40 days prior to arrival only booking fee will be charged.
If cancellation is made less than 40 days prior to arrival 50% of total price will be charged.
If cancellation is made less than 5 days prior to arrival 80% of total price will be charged.
Cancellation of whole group tour/trek
If cancellation is made more than 40 days prior to arrival only booking fee will be charged.
If cancellation is made less than 40 days prior to arrival 50% of total price for full group will be charged, if no other agreement has been made.
Name transfer of guest
An individual guest can transfer the tour/trek to someone else’s name up to 1 week prior to arrival. If air tickets are already printed they will not be transferred but new tickets will have to be bought in the name of the new guest.
Within a group tour a name transfer is not permitted after the final name list has been submitted to Beyond Borders – Ethical Adventures.
